Refund policy

Returns

We strive to offer the highest quality products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Returns after this period will not be accepted. All returns require prior authorization from us.

To return your product, please send us an email with the reason for return, photos in case of damage, along with the receipt or proof of purchase to info@taanitreasures.com.  Return address will be provided in return authorization.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on basis of personal preferences, after purchase shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipment costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, kindly ship products using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance included.

A 3% transaction fees will be deducted from the original purchase price on returns, as this fee is non-refundable to sellers from payment processing companies (credit card, Paypal etc.)

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations or arrives damaged, you may exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately exchanges after 7 days of package delivery will not be accepted. All exchanges require prior authorization from us. Please send us an email along with the receipt or proof of purchase to info@taanitreasures.com.  Return address will be provided in return authorization.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
