Shipping policy

Shipping

All our products are shipped from Pennsylvania, USA and India. Taani Treasures offers free ground shipping within the continental United States, and discounted shipping prices for anywhere outside the continental USA provided by our shipping service providers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc.), and passing on the savings to our customers. Deliveries are generally made by UPS, USPS, DHL and shipping will arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of your order.

Our shipments are insured to cover any loss or damages during transit. We advise our customers to check if package is damaged and not accept damaged packages. We also advice our customers notify us of any product damages within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Order Processing

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order. Orders received for products in inventory are processed within 24 hours, and most shipment are picked up the next business day.  Processing/packaging time for over-weight and over-sized products may take up to 48 hours before ready for pickup. 

Standard Free Shipping

All our products ship free of cost within continental USA. Standard delivery orders are shipped via UPS Ground service unless otherwise noted. Orders cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide and additional international shipping charges apply.  Shipping rates with carrier options are available at checkout.  We provide invoice and necessary import documentation.

Customs, Duty and fees

The shipping carrier will handle the customs clearance process, and the product will be delivered to the shipping address.  However, buyer is responsible for any Customs Duty, VAT, taxes, brokerage and other fees per the destination country's tax and import regulations. We are not responsible for any carrier or customs delays.
